Friday, July 12 Auckland, NZ Day 13
That morning we packed for our flight from Brisbane Int’l Airport to Auckland International Airport. As we all hugged Nerida, our tour guide, goodbye we lined up preparing to leave. We waited in the line for a very very long time. Our plane ended up being delayed and we arrived in Auckland by nightfall. After not seeing rain for a very long time, it felt good to see drizzles once we arrived in Auckland. We met our coach driver who was also our tour guide and on the bus we exchanged our money into the Kiwi, or New Zealand Currency. That night we checked into a hotel and slept soundly.
